Bugs R Us exterminated the bed
bugs we found in our home.

When we called Bugs R Us we were given all of the necessary steps to prepare for the extermination of the bed bugs. The gentleman was punctual. He even arrived at our home early so that he would start the process on time. He was extremely professional and he did not try to overcharge us for his service. Bugs R Us exterminated our bedrooms because that is were we found the bugs, but he didn't stop there. He also sprayed the room that is adjacent to one of our bedrooms. We were told how long to stay away from the home after the extermination and he contacted us when the job was completed. There is also a guarantee that he will treat the home if any bugs, or signs of bugs are noticed within 6 months of the first treatment. He told us to give the treatment some time and we will notice that the bugs will die. That is exactly what happened. He also called to check on his work, because Bugs R Us takes pride in their service. And we are extremely proud to recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of pests in their home or business.
